Terms of Service

By creating an account, checking the age and agreement box at sign-up, or using Fizaki, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you use the service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

• You must be at least 18 years old.
• You must be capable of entering a binding contract under applicable law.
• Fizaki is designed primarily for adult readers in India; you are responsible for compliance with local laws where you access the service.

Fizaki provides a digital library of romance stories, a reader with bookmarks and highlights, mood-based recommendations, and My Daydream — a feature that generates personalized stories from your inputs using artificial intelligence. Optional Premium subscription (currently ₹199 per month as shown on our pricing page) may offer additional benefits such as unlimited reading; specific features are provided as available and may change.

• You must provide a valid email and keep your credentials confidential.
• One personal account per individual unless we authorize otherwise.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account.
• Notify us promptly at curioversitylearning@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or our Acceptable Use Policy.

Catalog stories, cover art, branding, and the Fizaki interface are owned by or licensed to us and protected by copyright and other laws.

• We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to read catalog stories for private, non-commercial enjoyment while your account is in good standing.
• For My Daydream stories generated for you, we grant you a personal license to read and privately share via share links you knowingly create. You may not commercially exploit, scrape, bulk-download, or republish catalog or personalized content except as expressly permitted.
• You retain ownership of the inputs you submit to My Daydream, but you grant us a worldwide license to host, process, reproduce, and display those inputs and resulting outputs solely to operate and improve the service, enforce policies, and comply with law.

• My Daydream outputs are generated automatically and are not reviewed by a human editor before you receive them.
• Outputs may be imperfect, repetitive, emotionally intense, or inconsistent with your expectations despite our content guidelines.
• We instruct our systems to avoid explicit pornography, but we cannot guarantee every output will meet that standard; report concerns to curioversitylearning@gmail.com.
• AI stories are fiction. They must not be relied upon for real-world decisions about relationships, health, finances, or safety.

If you enable a share link for a personalized story, anyone who possesses the full URL may read that story without signing in. A long random token is not the same as encryption or guaranteed secrecy — treat share links like passwords. You are solely responsible for whom you send links to and for revoking sharing when appropriate.

Premium subscriptions are billed through Razorpay. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges at the then-current price until you cancel. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for billing disputes. Price changes will be communicated in advance where required.

You must comply with our Acceptable Use Policy. Violations may result in content removal, suspension, or termination without refund where permitted by law.

• All stories are works of fiction for entertainment. Any resemblance to real persons or events is coincidental.
• Fizaki does not provide medical, psychological, legal, or relationship counselling. Content is not professional advice.
• We do not warrant uninterrupted, error-free, or secure operation.
• Third-party services (hosting, auth, payments, AI) may experience outages beyond our control.

To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, Neven Academy Assam and its operators shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising from your use of Fizaki. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service shall not exceed the greater of (a) fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or (b) ₹1,000.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases, our liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Neven Academy Assam and its affiliates from claims arising out of your inputs to My Daydream, your misuse of share links, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third party's rights.

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access immediately for breach, risk to users, or legal requirement. Upon termination, licenses granted to you end, but sections that by nature should survive (disclaimers, liability limits, indemnity, governing law) will survive.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts in Assam having exclusive jurisdiction unless otherwise required by applicable law. Before filing suit, you agree to contact us at curioversitylearning@gmail.com to attempt good-faith resolution.

We may modify these Terms. We will update the “Last updated” date. Material changes may require renewed acceptance where legally necessary. Continued use after posting constitutes acceptance unless otherwise stated.
