Refund & Cancellation Policy
Billing for Fizaki Premium subscriptions

Fizaki is operated by Neven Academy Assam, with a registered address at 1000, Uday Nagar, Bono Durga Mandir, Karim Chowk, K.Chowka, Ward No.4, Mangaldoi, Darrang, Assam 784125, India. Premium subscriptions for Fizaki are processed by Razorpay. This policy explains cancellation, refunds, and billing disputes.
1. Plans and billing
Premium is billed at ₹199 per month (or the price shown on our pricing page at the time you subscribe). Charges recur monthly until you cancel. Taxes may apply as required by law.
2. Cancellation
- You may cancel Premium at any time through in-app subscription settings when available, or by emailing curioversitylearning@gmail.com from your registered account email.
- Cancellation stops future charges. You typically retain Premium access until the end of the current paid billing period.
- After the period ends, your account reverts to Free plan features as described on our pricing page.
3. Refunds
Except where required by applicable consumer protection law:
- We do not provide refunds for partial subscription months once a billing period has begun.
- If you were charged twice for the same period due to a technical error, contact us within 14 days with transaction details; we will investigate and refund duplicate charges confirmed with Razorpay.
- First-time Premium subscribers may request a goodwill refund within 7 days of their initial charge if they have not substantially used Premium-only features; approval is at our discretion.
- Refunds, when approved, are processed back to the original payment method through Razorpay and may take several business days to appear.
Free plan features remain available without payment. Cancel before your renewal date if you do not wish to be charged for the next month.
4. Chargebacks and disputes
If you dispute a charge with your bank or Razorpay without contacting us first, we may suspend your account pending investigation. Fraudulent chargebacks may result in permanent termination.
5. Billing support
Email curioversitylearning@gmail.com with your account email, date of charge, and Razorpay payment ID if available. We will respond within a reasonable time, typically within 7 business days.
