How Fizaki uses cookies and browser storage

1. What are cookies and local storage?

Cookies are small text files placed on your device by your browser. Local storage is a browser feature that lets websites save data on your device. We use both to keep you signed in and remember preferences.

2. Cookies we use

We do not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies for ad profiling on Fizaki at this time.

3. Local storage keys

fizaki-reader	Reader display settings: theme, font size, line height
fizaki-device-id	Anonymous device identifier to associate reading progress with your device

4. Third-party content

We load fonts from Google Fonts, which may involve requests to Google servers. Razorpay may set cookies when you complete a payment on their checkout flow. Those providers have their own policies.

5. Your choices

You can clear cookies and site data through your browser settings. Doing so will sign you out and may reset mood and reader preferences stored locally.
Blocking essential cookies will prevent you from staying signed in.
Because we do not use non-essential marketing cookies, we do not currently show a separate cookie consent banner; if we add analytics or advertising cookies in the future, we will update this policy and provide appropriate controls.
